My husband and I enjoyed a long, lazy lunch on the beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the park, it was a perfect backdrop for what turned out to be an exceptional dining experience! Our starter plates included tuna tataki and beef tartare on freshly baked ficocca bread, yum for pure flavour perfection! The al dente pasta with tender langoustines was silky and indulgent, while the crispy Milanese veal with golden potatoes and peppery rocket was heaven for comfort food. Dessert was a showstopper: a cloud-like tiramisù dusted in cocoa and a rich chocolate dome paired with fresh strawberries, almost too pretty to eat (almost!). Our meal was perfectly paired with outstanding wines, introduced with charm and humour by the Collonge Cafe team. Their warmth, attentiveness, and passion for what they do made us feel truly spoiled.
